Executives face a demanding, high stakes world where interpersonal skills are often the difference between model leadership and mediocrity. Performance reviews, interdepartmental collaboration, mergers, global negotiations, career development, team development, project oversight, supplier relationships...all depend on the executive's ability to work well with others.
Successful executives often rise in the ranks based on substantive and technical skills, but such skills don't always translate into effective management. Triad's Executive Coaching Cadre helps executives achieve new levels of performance.
Our services are sought by executives who are reaching for new levels of success, find themselves in bad working relationships, or whose teams are mired in energy-sapping conflict. Whether an executive is looking for help with a particular conversation or relationship, or on-going interpersonal skills coaching, we are known for our intellectual rigor, personal flexibility, creativity and clarity.

Talent: Executive Coaching
Not everyone is ready for a Triad Coaching relationship. In order for coaching to be effective, executives must be open to feedback and willing to experiment with behavioral change. They must know where they want to go, but be struggling with finding a way to get there effectively or efficiently. Without willingness, plus goals, coaching is a waste of money.
With willingness.....either in the form of curiosity or frustration....coaching accomplishes what other forms of executive education don't.
- It reverses the executive feedback paradox (the higher you go, the less you get)
- It provides "on the job learning"
- It helps executives make rapid adjustments to changing assignments and circumstances.
- It aligns Triad's assistance with getting bottom line business results.
Teams: Working Relationships that Produce Results
Individual relationships are complex. Put all those individuals on a team, and you have a myriad of ways in which teams can get stuck. Add the need to function in the midst of a highly pressurized and constantly changing environment, and it's a wonder that teams work at all. Conflict and frustration can lower morale, sap productivity, and impede creativity and effective problem-solving. Decision-making becomes compromised, follow-through disappears, and the team's credibility in the organization further erodes their ability to function effectively.
Triad Team Coaching recognizes that it is the quality of the working relationships on a team that determine their ability to engage disagreement, make sound decisions, and follow through to get results. Sometimes the team simply needs to strengthen those relationships, integrate new members or acquisition partners, or think strategically about new challenges. Sometimes, by the time Triad becomes involved with a team, there is often history involved, coalitions formed, and finger-pointing going on, both inside the team, and from the subordinates who are trying to follow the team's "lead." Wherever they start, Triad can offer them tools, skills, extensive experience in group dynamics and conflict mediation for conversation about their challenges that will take them where they need to go.
